Abstract

ABSTRACT

In this study there are four main conclusions, namely (1) Service Quality, Employee Skills, and Employee Attitudes simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction of the Community in Beber District Office of Cirebon Regency with a total influence of 81.8%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are not researched. (2) Partially, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Satisfaction of Public in Beber District Office of Cirebon Regency. The dominant factor in this research is the service process which is considered much easier and less complicated than before. (3) Partially, Employee Skill Affects Public Satisfaction in Beber District Office of Cirebon Regency. The dominant factor in this study is the level of ability in self-control which is considered the best, while commitment to the organization is considered still to be improved again (4) Partially, Employee Attitudes affect the Satisfaction of the Community at the District Office Beber Cirebon regency. The most powerful factor in this research is emotional stability in work. While that still needs to be improved is a feeling of love for the work done.


ABSTRAK

Kesimpulan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Kualitas Pelayanan, Ketrampilan Kerja Pegawai, dan Sikap Pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Beber Kabupaten Cirebon dengan pengaruh total 81,8 %. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. (2) Secara parsial, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di di Kantor Kecamatan Beber Kabupaten Cirebon. Faktor yang dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pelayanan yang di nilai sudah jauh lebih mudah dan tidak berbelit-belit di bandingkan sebelum-sebelumnya. (3) Secaraparsial, Ketrampilan Kerja Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di di Kantor Kecamatan Beber Kabupaten Cirebon. Faktor yang dominan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kemampuan dalam mengendalikan diri yang dianggap paling baik, sementara komitmen terhadap organisasi dianggap masih harus ditingkatkan lagi (4) Secara parsial, Sikap Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di di Kantor Kecamatan Beber Kabupaten Cirebon.
