Abstract

Abstract
This study aims to obtain data about the relationship between the work environment and the improvement of the quality of human resources in the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. The research method in this study is descriptive analytical method and inference or survey method. Population in this study as many as 120 people with the sample used in this study as many as 97 people using a random sampling technique.The results showed a positive relationship between improving the quality of human resources and the work environment of the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office. Improving the quality of human resources owned by the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office employees is in the high category as well as the conditions of the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office are in the high category. Overall it can be concluded that this study has successfully revealed the relationship between the work environment and the improvement of the quality of human resources in the Cirebon Primary Tax Service Office.


Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cirebon. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik dan metode inferensi atau survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 orang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif antara peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cirebon. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh karyawan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama berada dalam kategori tinggi serta kondisi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cirebon berada dalam kategori tinggi. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini telah berhasil mengungkapkan hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cirebon.
